Quotes, Orders & Payments

All quotations are subject to standard product availability, site inspection parameters (where applicable), and final consumer approval. Customers agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information when placing an order or requesting services.

Payments must be completed using approved payment methods at checkout. Baseline advertised product and equipment prices on our website exclude sales tax. Applicable 13% Ontario HST is calculated transparently as a clear, separate line-item during the secure checkout process.

Installation & Service

Installation timelines typically process within 1–3 business days depending on scheduling parameters, product availability, weather conditions, and site requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation location.

Standard professional installation is included in the base equipment purchase price. Any unexpected or additional project modifications—such as advanced electrical upgrades, complex venting alterations, or specific structural code compliance updates—will be explicitly discussed, itemized, and approved by the customer before any supplementary work proceeds.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible HVAC equipment according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Labour warranties, where included, apply to services performed directly by Saving Energy Canada or authorized installation partners. Warranty coverage may be void if products are modified, misused, or serviced by unauthorized parties.

Limitation of Liability

Saving Energy Canada is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website, products, or services, except where prohibited by applicable Canadian law. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted website access, we do not guarantee the website will always operate without technical errors or brief interruptions.
